Shipping & Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days via UPS/FedEx Ground (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is on the way.

    • If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, feel free to reach out.

  • Viscera is not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or mis-delivered packages once in the care of the carrier.

  • We do not currently offer express shipping.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.


Exchanges & Returns

  • Exchanges are accepted for sizing adjustments.

  • To request an exchange, contact us via the contact page or at hello@officialviscera.co.

    • Instructions will be provided once approved.

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

    • Once received, we will issue a replacement item.

    • If the item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.


Orders

  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

  • Modifications to size or shipping address may be possible prior to shipment.
    Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
