Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days via UPS/FedEx Ground (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is on the way.
If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, feel free to reach out.
Viscera is not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or mis-delivered packages once in the care of the carrier.
We do not currently offer express shipping.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges are accepted for sizing adjustments.
To request an exchange, contact us via the contact page or at hello@officialviscera.co.
Instructions will be provided once approved.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Once received, we will issue a replacement item.
If the item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.
Orders
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
Modifications to size or shipping address may be possible prior to shipment.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
